After we ensured the customers safety we took note of the tyre size and quoted the customer for the job which he was happy to proceed with.

Shortly after the phone call just squeezing into the 1 hour guaranteed ETA due to traffic, having the tyres on the van as our carry-on stock, we arrived on scene where we assessed the damage and carried out the tyre changes. Once the tyres were replaced and balanced onsite, we invoiced the customer as that was his preferred way of payment.

Although we do carry card payment terminals on the van, we get the job done by any means, at the customers best convenience.

Further advice was given to the customer to have there wheel alignment checked in case the pothole knocked it out of alignment.
